Oxygen Therapy Specialist

About the Role:

  • Provide support and reassurance to oxygen therapy users and their families
  • Install and maintain respiratory equipment in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the NHS
  • Manage daily workload and offer a professional service to patients
  • Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements
  • Participate in an 'On Call Rota' (approximately 4-5 nights per month)
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Healthcare Helpline to deliver additional services

About You:

  • You do not require prior experience in healthcare; however, you must be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining professionalism
  • Show flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Have good time management skills
  • Be proactive in your approach to work
  • Demonstrate an ability to adapt to deadlines to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prioritise quality standards
  • Exhibit a strong sense of community

What You Will Receive:

  • Competitive salary (£26,.00) including guaranteed on-call payments of £40/night (with an average of 46 nights per annum)
