Sales Professional Opportunity

Citrus Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Smethwick. This role involves managing multiple accounts, generating new business, and growing existing relationships.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts, engaging and attracting customers through training provided, reconnecting with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach, account management of multiple accounts whilst generating new leads, introducing new products from the expanding range, up-selling and cross-selling to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio, and working closely with their Field Sales Manager to work towards their targets and KPIs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Experience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageous
What We Offer:
  • £27,000 per annum salary
  • Annual bonus structure up to 25%
  • Quarterly sales incentives
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:45 - 17:00, Friday: 08:45 - 15:45
