About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our progressive and friendly sales team at a leading UK event venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and account management, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, minimum 2 years
  • Venue, events industry, service industry or hospitality experience an advantage
  • Competitive edge to understand the national events industry
  • Energy and positive attitude to handle conflicting deadlines and demands
  • Perceptive and talented negotiator, persuader and influencer
  • Team focused and commercially astute with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate and full clean driving license with access to a car

We offer a Salary: £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a generous Annual Bonus Scheme, Car Allowance, Hotel Discount Scheme, Flexible working hours, Company Pension Scheme and Free membership to a Leisure club.
