We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers to develop individualized learning plans and provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
- Providing emotional and social support to students.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
