This Primary SEN school in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated teacher to work with a class of ten pupils, alongside three Teaching Assistants. The majority of these pupils have ASC, meaning experience with Autism is highly beneficial for this role.

About the Role
  • PAYE on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees)
  • Full-time role with an immediate start
  • Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685)
  • Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period

The senior leadership of the school are expecting good behavioural management and a keen understanding of the KS1 curriculum. This is a highly rewarding opportunity optimising individual progress, working closely with a passionate faculty on a temp to perm basis.

About You

We are looking for a qualified teacher who can lead a small class group in KS1. Experience with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. A strong commitment to inclusive education and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues would be ideal.

Salary and Benefits

The daily rate for this position is between £28,000 and £43,685, paid on a pro-rata basis. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as:
