**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in primary schools across the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby area. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process, contributing to the overall educational development of students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take charge of leading classes under the guidance of teaching staff, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver lessons, providing individualized support to students as needed.
- Contribute to assessment processes by observing student progress, recording data, and offering feedback to both students and teaching staff.
- Differentiate instruction based on student needs, ensuring an inclusive learning experience for all.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies, promoting a respectful classroom culture.
- Work closely with teachers, support professionals, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
**Requirements:**
- A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience leading classes in a primary school setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
- A proactive approach to supporting student learning and development.
**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
