Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team in the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby area.

Key Responsibilities

  5. Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior strategies to promote a positive classroom culture.
  6. Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with teaching staff and professionals to create a cohesive learning environment and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
  7. Parental Engagement: Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and involvement in school events.
Requirements
  1. A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
  2. Previous experience leading classes in a primary school setting is necessary.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
  4. The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals is essential.
  5. A proactive approach to supporting student learning and development is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
