SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a Year 3 pupil who has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a member of our team at Teaching Personnel, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to enhance learning and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include developing individualized learning plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and tracking and reporting the pupil's progress. If you are passionate about making a difference in the life of a child with additional needs, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with ASD in a school setting, ideally within Key Stage 2.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to build a trusting relationship with the child, encouraging their growth and participation.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
