Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, requiring 30 hours per week during term time only. The successful candidate will have a fixed-term contract until 31st July 2024, with an estimated annual salary of £16,364.
Job Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and provide individualised support as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in behaviour management and supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
