SEN Support Specialist

A Primary School based in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to work closely with Teaching Personnel. The school caters for children with a wide range of special educational needs, mainly Autism.
This role requires supporting and guiding pupils in their learning journey through fun play, sensory play, and continuous provisions. Many students at this provision require specific additional support, so it will be your responsibility to identify these and adapt your approach accordingly.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with and supporting children with SEN and possess knowledge of delivering continuous provisions in line with the curriculum. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and communication skills with children are essential.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.90+ per hour depending on experience and additional duties.
