beBee Professionals in Wellingborough is seeking a highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the necessary assistance.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
