Autism Education Support Worker

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School based in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing additional support to children with special educational needs and working closely with the class teacher to ensure progress and development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of students and develop your skills in supporting individuals with diverse needs. You will also have the chance to contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be resilient and able to reflect on their practice, and have a passion for working with children with SEN. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.90+ per hour.
