Job Title: SEN Coordinator


Description:


Dunbar Education is committed to providing high-quality education services. As an SEN Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leading and managing our SEN provision. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that students with special educational needs and disabilities receive tailored support.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage SEN provision, ensuring all pupils receive necessary support
  2. Track pupil progress and adjust strategies to maximise individual outcomes
  3. Design and implement targeted interventions for students with Autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges
  4. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  5. Provide ongoing staff training and guidance on SEN best practices
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain detailed SEN records
