Job Overview

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients at home, providing personal care, companionship, and domestic assistance.

About the Role:

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications, cook meals, and perform domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, as full training will be provided
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • A DBS check will be required

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time and full-time position, with flexible shifts available, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. You will usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £17-20 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, and access to our benefits platform WeCare.
