Care Support Specialist

At Cera Care, we're looking for kind-hearted individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking and preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
But it's not just about the tasks you'll perform – it's about the companionship, reassurance, and joy you'll bring to the lives of those you care for. Our clients appreciate the extra support and friendship they receive from our care teams, and we're confident you'll make a real difference in their lives.
We have a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with a mix of part-time and full-time opportunities available. You'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
