About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our sales strategy for the MICE and Groups segment in London. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering annual revenue targets by growing a defined portfolio of new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with key accounts and agencies to develop and maintain strong relationships, driving business growth through strategic account management.
  • Lead central B2B marketing activities for the MICE / Groups segment, collaborating closely with commercial functions to execute effective sales & key account strategies.
  • Establish connections and promote edyn's brands at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MICE sales and account management within hospitality or corporate accommodation in the UK and Europe, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset, able to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage diverse client and internal relationships effectively, building trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable understanding of edyn brands and values, with the ability to articulate and embody these principles in daily work.
  • Competence in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for sales presentations and reporting.
