Sales Director MICE

The Landmark London Ltd is a leading hotel in London, recognised for its exceptional service and high standards. As a Sales Director MICE, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key responsibilities include leading effective proactive MICE sales team selling efforts, directing strategic relationships with MICE preferred partners, agents, and corporates, and researching and establishing new business sales contacts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and implement strategies to increase market share.
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
