We are seeking a seasoned Senior Groundcare Specialist to join our team at Husqvarna Group. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and promoting our professional sector offerings.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Groundcare Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating and training our products to key customer segments, including landscaping, groundcare, sports, and treecare professionals.

  • This field-based role will involve working with our dealer network to develop product categories, build relationships with key accounts, and provide sales and technical support.
  • You will also be responsible for logging leads and activities in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and providing comprehensive training to dealers and operators.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in machinery sales or technical support within the groundcare, garden machinery, or agricultural sectors. They will be self-motivated, computer literate in Microsoft Office and CRM, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote Husqvarna brand in the professional sector.
  • Demonstrate and train products to key customer segments.
  • Collaborate with dealer network to develop product categories.
  • Build relationships with key professional accounts.
  • Log leads and activities in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Provide dealer and sales training.
  • Train operators.
  • Work in outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Travel within focus area with overnight stays and international travel for training.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in machinery sales or technical support within the groundcare, garden machinery, or agricultural sectors.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work remotely.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Full UK driving licence; trailer and tachograph training provided.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
