We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team as a Community Development RNLD Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality care plans that meet the unique needs of adults with learning disabilities and their families.

You will have a proven track record of working with complex cases and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities and their carers.

The team promotes the health, independence and well-being of adults with learning disabilities and their carers through an integrated approach to assessment and support, working in close partnership with professionals from other disciplines.

Job Description

Estimated Salary: £43,041 per annum

Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement high-quality care plans that meet the unique needs of adults with learning disabilities and their families.
  2. To provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues on best practice in assessment and support planning.
  3. To work closely with professionals from other disciplines to promote the health, independence and well-being of adults with learning disabilities and their carers.
