Job Title: Community Care Lead

Overview of Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Adult Community Team in Cambridgeshire. This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to work with us on a flexible schedule.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead professional assessments and interventions in complex adult safeguarding cases.
  • Provide case management and support planning for service users, ensuring their outcomes are met and needs are addressed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including court personnel and other legal professionals.
  • Take the lead on adult safeguarding investigations, providing expert guidance and supervision.
  • Manage and supervise direct reports, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working in statutory social care settings with adults.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
