Customer Support and Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Office Manager to oversee the UK and Netherlands Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and office management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the quote and order entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee the creation of quotations and pricing agreements
  • Organize support for the ALH and MLH Service teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions
  • Support sales reps and INSS with tenders and RFQs
  • Contribute to local inventory planning in collaboration with Sales and EU planning
  • Lead annual or cycle sales and service stock counting activities
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve quality and productivity goals
  • Ensure technical knowledge and ERP/CRM/webshop skills of customer service coordinators
  • Assess team performance and communicate clear objectives
  • Lead local implementation of European projects
  • Support the "Quote to Cash" process

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office safety, security, and maintenance
  • Maintain office general supply inventory in coordination with budget
  • Manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors
  • Manage and maintain the lease for the building
  • Approve general expenses in compliance with budget
  • Assist with follow-up of annual local budget
  • Maintain, challenge, and find new vendors

This role may require periodic travel between the UK and The Netherlands.
