Customer Service Executive Role

Are you a confident and proactive individual looking for a challenging role in customer service?

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our in-house sales and customer service team at Tate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client orders are processed seamlessly, delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, confidently addressing their queries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Manage web chats, produce quotes and sales orders, and oversee jobs throughout the order process.
  • Liaise with various departments and contact customers to provide updates on stock delays, delivery changes, and more.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm office hours.
  • 30 days annual leave, including bank holiday.
  • Christmas shutdown.
