About the Role

As a Customer Marketing Activation Manager at Essity, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand equity for our customers in the UK and Ireland.

You will work closely with local Sales teams and distributor partners to deliver Joint Business Plans through online and offline activities that meet our customers' needs.

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, you will have the opportunity to work from our Dunstable office or from home, two days a week, under our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend omnichannel customer marketing plans, including offline and online elements, for selected strategic customers.
  • Build Tork brand equity with distributors through delivering brand presence at trade shows and exhibitions in collaboration with Segment and Sales teams.
  • Support the launch of product innovations and Segment/Brand campaigns following business unit strategy.
  • Establish Tork's digital shelf presence on distributors' webshops, utilizing content and content sharing capabilities via our Tork dealer interface.
  • Provide support with budget management and campaign analytics.
  • Manage local marketing agencies to secure development of customized content.
  • In conjunction with Sales, make recommendations to optimize customers' product mix, ensuring a robust marketing ROI, and follow-up with corrective actions.
  • Be an active voice in the Region South-West/MEIA Marketing team to strengthen our differentiated omnichannel approach, sharing content, best practices, and learnings across the region to support local teams.
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing Product, Segment, Brand, and Services training as well as loyalty programs for customers.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly customer-focused individual with a strong background in B2B marketing or a similar field. Ideally, you will have experience working with distributors and a degree-level qualification. You will be a confident and credible presenter with excellent communication skills and be adept at developing relationships with people across all levels of business.
