Job Overview

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day care to our children and young people, building positive relationships with them, and meeting their various needs. You will also be involved in safeguarding and promoting their welfare, working in accordance with their care plans and risk assessments, and forming effective relationships with their families and external agencies.

Key Requirements
  • L3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce (desirable) or relevant degree e.g., in Social Work.
  • Experience in a children's home setting (highly desirable), but not necessary.
  • Excellent IT skills, including report writing.

The salary for this role is approximately £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
