Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Lead to oversee our client relationships and drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple accounts, developing proposals, and providing client counsel with sharp insights into the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business.
  • Proposal Development: Work with the sales team to develop proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Media Relations: Leverage your media knowledge to secure coverage, direct campaign launches, and mentor your team on media relations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure accounts meet financial goals.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
