Let's Do This is seeking an experienced UK Client Success Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our UK clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective relationship-building and issue resolution.

As a Client Success Lead, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will also collaborate with our product development team to ensure alignment between our products and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in technical account management or product management, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions. Experience using tools like Notion, Salesforce, Slack, Looker, and Google Suite would be beneficial.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
