The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to optimize our sales processes and empower our commercial teams with the tools, knowledge, and content they need to succeed. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity.

You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing performance. Your success will be instrumental in accelerating our market dominance and driving the adoption of our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and translate complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
