Training and Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Development Administrator to join our team at Career Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training and development programs
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and events
- Develop and implement training materials and resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide administrative support to the training and development team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
