Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our Development Executive and Central Team. This role will involve a blend of office-based and remote work, ensuring that administrative functions are carried out efficiently. You will report directly to the Development Executive Assistant, assisting with various tasks and supporting the Group Managing Director of Developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing gateway meetings and managing the upload of relevant documents onto our systems.
- Tracking actions from gateway meetings to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Issuing and monitoring Gateway approval documentation.
- Contributing to the implementation of new gateway system processes, ensuring all trackers are current.
- Assisting the Head of Legal with contract signing and document witnessing, ensuring all finalized documents are uploaded onto the Developments system.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a background in Housing or Developments within an administrative capacity, particularly with experience working alongside executive members. A self-starter with a decisive mindset is essential, as is a strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
