At Team Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and efficient manner using our ERP and CRM system.
- Oversee and log day-to-day enquiries coming into the team and out to customers with the support of our Sales Engineers and Coordinators.
- Support the Coordinators with the measurement of departmental KPIs.
- Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate, as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
- Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements, and housekeeping are met.
- Computer literacy, including high expertise of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Desirable: experience in a similar position, experience within a sales environment, knowledge of good sales practice, knowledge of sales procedures, and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
