About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple departments, leading legal negotiations for our sales team with customers, and ensuring that your advice is accurate, understandable to non-lawyers, delivered at the right time, and remains commercial while minimising legal risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate multiple commercial contracts, including master services agreements, framework agreements, statements of work, software and licensing agreements, and managed service outsourcing agreements.
  • Identify important legal risks, advise on their possible effects for the business, and monitor legislative changes.
  • Help update and improve our existing contractual documentation, assist in creating an appropriate legal and governance framework for the business, and establish procedures to ensure legal best practices.
  • Provide legal advice to our managed service and security consulting departments, as well as our internal support departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
  • Support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure agreement to contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements gained either in an established in-house legal team or a private practice firm.
  • Knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law would be desirable.
