Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including master services agreements, framework agreements, and software licensing agreements.
  • Identify and advise on important legal risks, ensuring that our business remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with legislative changes, providing expert guidance to our teams.
  • Assist in creating and updating our contractual documentation, ensuring that it remains effective and compliant.
  • Provide legal advice to our managed service and security consulting departments, as well as our internal support departments.
  • Support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure agreement to contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements.
  • Knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law is desirable.
