About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our sales team, ensuring that our commercial contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and Negotiate Commercial Contracts

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating multiple commercial contracts, including master services agreements, framework agreements, statements of work, software and licensing agreements, and managed service outsourcing agreements. Your expertise in contract law and negotiation will be essential in ensuring that our contracts are comprehensive, clear, and protect our interests.

Identify and Mitigate Legal Risks

You will identify important legal risks and advise on their possible effects on the business. Your ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions will be critical in minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Stay Up-to-Date with Legislative Changes

You will be responsible for monitoring and keeping up-to-date with legislative changes that may impact our business. Your knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law will be essential in ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Support the Renewal of Insurance Policies

You will support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure that our contractual obligations are met. Your expertise in contract law and negotiation will be essential in ensuring that our insurance policies are comprehensive and protect our interests.

Requirements
  • Legally Qualified Solicitor

You must be a legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements. Your knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law would be desirable.

Commercial Awareness

You must have a strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to apply it in a practical context. Your expertise in contract law and negotiation will be essential in ensuring that our contracts are comprehensive, clear, and protect our interests.
