About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our sales team, ensuring that our commercial contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple departments, including sales, managed service, and security consulting.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including master services agreements, framework agreements, statements of work, software and licensing agreements, and managed service outsourcing agreements.
  • Identify and advise on important legal risks, ensuring that our business is protected and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with legislative changes, ensuring that our contracts and policies are compliant.
  • Assist in creating and implementing a legal and governance framework for the business, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of compliance and risk management.
  • Provide legal advice and support to our managed service and security consulting departments, as well as our internal support departments, including sales, finance, HR, and marketing.
  • Support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure that our contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

  • Legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements, gained either in an established in-house legal team or a private practice firm.
  • Knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law is desirable.
