Regional Development Director Opportunity

Ardonagh Advisory is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our leadership team as a Regional Development Director. This is a unique chance for an ambitious individual with a proven record to drive growth and improvement in our regional sales and retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cross-sales approaches to maximize regional sales pitches
  • Ensure effective pipeline plans are in place to safeguard regional sales success
  • Support Branch Directors in sales development of regional Account Executives
  • Produce and oversee relevant data and MI to identify performance trends and implement action plans
  • Lead on divisional marketing and sponsorship strategy to engage key stakeholders
  • Support regional sales meetings and events to uplift business performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in management roles within insurance with extensive knowledge of the industry
  • Track record of creating and developing plans to grow sales and improve client retention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a scaled and multiple site UK brokerage
  • Commercial focus and financial awareness, including understanding of external market and company performance
  • Leadership skills to drive new ideas and innovation, with resilience and ability to deal with challenges
