Regional Development Director Opportunity

Ardonagh Advisory is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our leadership team as a Regional Development Director. This is a unique chance for an ambitious individual with a proven record to drive growth and improvement in our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth and improve client retention
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Branch Directors to deliver sales and retention plans
  • Lead on the production and oversight of relevant data and MI to inform performance trends and action plans
  • Support and enable the Regional Director with sales development of divisional Account Executives
  • Provide feedback to the Divisional Development Director to inform the design of new business and cross sales/up sales strategies
  • Lead on the divisional marketing and sponsorship strategy to engage key stakeholders and drive business performance
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of creating and developing plans to grow sales and improve client retention within a regulatory framework
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a scaled and multiple site UK brokerage
  • Commercial focus and financial awareness, including understanding of the external market, company performance, and market intelligence
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including negotiation, contracting, consultancy, facilitation, influencing, and presentation
  • Leadership skills to drive new ideas and innovation, with resilience and the ability to deal with challenges in a positive way
