Eden Brown Charities is partnering with a leading national Charity to recruit a Regional Fundraising Director to lead a team in the North of England.
About the role
As Regional Fundraising Director, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to deliver the fundraising strategy in the North of England, maximising fundraising opportunities across the Charity. You will provide excellent stewardship and develop new ideas to build the long-term supporter base.
You will manage a team of Community Fundraisers to ensure they are working towards and achieving their fundraising goals. You will lead and motivate the team, working cross-organisationally with other departments to deliver a programme of sector-leading events.
About You
You will have experience of working as a fundraiser and preferably leading a geographically dispersed team, with demonstrable experience in strategy, planning, and growing charitable income significantly. You will have excellent relationship-building skills and experience in developing and delivering operational plans. Experience in managing volunteers is desirable.
Please note that this is a hybrid role with a mixture of home working, work across the region, and work in one of the Charity's offices. Please note that Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
