**Resort Customer Experience Manager

Club Med is seeking an experienced Resort Customer Experience Manager to join our team in London, UK (Wimbledon).

**About the Role:**

This is a permanent position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email;
  • Staying up-to-date with company information and policies;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by a day after 1 year service;
  • Birthdays off;
  • Half day on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve;
  • 3 weeks of Club Med vacations per year under Club Med policy;
  • Flexible working policy with the possibility to work 2 days a week from home + 1 week remotely every 3 months;

  • 40% of office commute costs reimbursed each month;
  • Annual Christmas party and other social events arranged by social committee as well as off-site team building.
