Mental Health Support Worker Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Aspris Children's Services. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to young people with Autism & severe learning disabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. Your duties will also include direct therapeutic work, staff training, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. An attractive salary package of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.
