Job Summary: Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently looking for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a new ongoing contract role within the Adults Community Mental Health Team.
Key Job Duties:
- To conduct assessments of service users and develop comprehensive care plans.
- To implement and review care plans in partnership with service users, carers and other professionals.
- To work with service users to promote empowerment and support their recovery journey.
- To provide mental health support to service users in community settings.
- To advocate for the rights of service users.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- NMC Registration.
Working Conditions: This role requires flexibility in working hours and may involve working in a variety of community settings.
