Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years' experience. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support surgical teams during orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe operating environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Holding HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Prior experience as a Surgical Scrub Practitioner within orthopaedics, preferably with a focus on complex procedures.
  • A strong understanding of theatre protocols, safety measures, and best practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
