An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly and long-established practice in Chorley, Lancashire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a well-organised practice with a stable and cohesive team of GPs, ANPs, and Practice Nurses.

The practice prides itself on the happiness of its staff and patients alike, and you will work to 15-minute patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running minor illness/injury clinics
  • Assisting in the assessment of elderly patients in their homes
  • Minor illness clinic
  • Autonomous and team working
  • Elderly patient assessments

The ideal candidate will have experience in Primary Care, be an Independent Prescriber, and comfortable working autonomously as well as assisting with home visits.

Compensation Package:

  • Circa £57,000 per annum
  • 30 days holiday/6 weeks, plus Bank Holidays too
  • NHS Pension enrolment
