About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and customers to arrange clamping and de-clamping of vehicles parked incorrectly in Ireland.
  • Handle inbound email queries from clients and customers, advising them on how to appeal correctly.
