Customer Service Representative
Our company is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of service to all aspects of the business
- Assist in customer order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving information, determining delivery dates, identifying appropriate shipping methods, and rates
- Liaise with all company department staff to continuously improve processing and delivery times of customer orders
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident in addressing difficult situations using the telephone as a first method of communication to the customer
- Able to make decisions within the scope of the role
- Quick thinking and adaptable to different situations arising
