**Customer Service Coordinator - German Language**
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with customer order fulfillment activities, including taking orders, providing information, and determining delivery dates
- Liaise with internal teams to improve processing and delivery times of customer orders
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and resolve conflicts with customers, with minimal input from line managers and sales managers
**Requirements:**
- Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Confidence in addressing difficult situations using the telephone as a first method of communication
- Ability to make quick thinking decisions and be adaptable to different situations
- Previous commercial or office experience, with a proven track record of dealing with customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and databases
