Customer Assistance Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Assistance Representative to join our team at Enterprise Mobility. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
