Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Children Manager at Brook Street UK, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the short break provision for children with complex needs in Cumbria. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the management of the short break provision, ensuring high-quality care and support services for children with complex needs
• Leading a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent practice and standards are met
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care and support services, including regular monitoring and evaluation
• Liaising with stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and other agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration

We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.
