**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will travel across your region to deliver high-quality care and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to residents in multiple locations.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
**Requirements**
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Dedicated and ambitious approach with excellent communication skills.
