Job Title: Traveling Clinical Lead Nurse
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Clinical Lead Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in various locations across your region.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- You will travel across your region to ensure that new residents settle into their new environment and receive the highest standard of care.
- You will help advance the skills of your team members through mentorship, teaching, and supervision.
- You will develop and implement care plans that address the physical and mental needs of residents.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification, strong clinical knowledge, and an understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
