Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Developing tailored care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Providing medicine safely and effectively
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs
  • Making critical clinical decisions using your professional judgement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Salary and Benefits
